Hello

 

I'm trying to stream the mp4 version of Knowing on Chrome and I keep getting:

Unknown Profile, No direct play profiles found.

 

I don't get this on anything else.

 

If I play the mp4 file using VLC or Windows 10 Movies & TV, it works fine.

I am unable to start playing the video.  All I get is the fanart.jpg.  All other 300+ videos work perfectly.  The same problem exists in FireFox.  Thank you.

It looks like we are stream copying the original video when perhaps we should be transcoding it. Are you able to upload that file to something like dropbox or google drive? I would like to test it personally. thanks !
