Chromecast/Emby starts during the night

I've gone from Plex to Emby and I like it a lot.

 

I've been having a serious issue for a couple of weeks now. When my Chromecast activates it switches on the receiver and my projector, which is how the system is setup, but every other to third night now when I wake up my system is turned on.

Emby is doing this and in yesterday's logs I could see that my tablet connected at 10.15 pm when we were not there or using the tablet. It is always Emby, no other apps reactivate the system after usage.

It is a big issue since lamps aren't free and I can't have it burning all night. For now I've resorted to pulling the power cable when I go to bed.

Any suggestions?
