Channels working from Emby, but not from Kodi

From Emby Dashboard/Plugin, I added a Channel (ICI.tou.tv)

From Emby/Media, I see ICI tou.tv and content is listed and plays just fine.

 

If I go to Kodi, Emby for Kodi/channels/ICI tout.tv, the content is listed but when I select anything, nothing plays and I get the popup "one or more item failed to play,  check the log for details", so here it is:

It would be great if the server could provide the stream. As of right now, the emby for kodi addon is not set up to support external streams as Kodi is not a browser, it requires more work to get them to work.

 

As of right now, only content in your physical library is supported.
