activity log, multiple entries for start/stop

Looks like it started happening again. I will get some fresh logs and screenshots tonight.

 

I've gone over the code again and there's only one place that I'm aware of where the start and stop event for video is being triggered. The only plausible way I can think of is the tvOS player which is outside of our control is triggering these events. There's one more way I can think of to fix this so if you can confirm again maybe we can try that.
