Custom fields in Reports

I didn't know where to place this request so here goes...

 

I went to the reports section to explore the possibility of exracting a report to CVS with the following fields and criteria:

 

Criteria:

Movies, TV Shows and Episodes

 

Fields:

  IMDB ID,

  Name,

  Release Date,

  Disk Path

 

My request is: 

Is there anyway to get such a report in the latest version of emby?

Is there any plans to add additional fields to the report in the future?
