sylvio2000 17
Hello. I am totally new the live tv / dvr section of emby. I have an old twin tuner card from digitaldevices (dvb-s) which I would like to use. My server runs Windows7 X64. LiveTV is not important for me. For me emby should do all the recordings. For now I use an enigma2 box (xtrend 9200) which uses autotimer and automatically detects if a new episode of a series is in the epg and records it. This is a very nice feature. So my question is: Which tv server backend works stable with autotimer / series timer?

The series schedule function of Emby creates an Auto-EPG-Search entry in DVBViewer recording service based on the program title.
