jasonmcroy 315
So, what does one do if the site to download FFmpeg from is down? I had to reinstall my computer back to Windows 10 this morning and I haven't been able to reinstall Emby all day because of this. Didn't Emby use to come package with FFmpeg? Is there an advantage to having to manually download it? Anyway, is there somewhere else to download it from? I searched Google but the sites I came across seemed like they weren't reputable. Happy2Play 8357
You can always get it from GitHub also. https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Emby.Resources/tree/master/ffmpeg
jasonmcroy 315
Thanks! I will keep that in mind if it ever happens again. I hope I don't have to do that anymore though.
Guest asrequested
I was testing the latest build last night. I couldn't get anything to transcode. I'll do further testing, tonight.
