Option to control the transcoding of the music files

I can't find it anywhere in the server interface. How does emby detect the optimum bitrate for the client? How to resrtict it to say 128kbs?

android and windows metro app. Now it looks like anroid app tries to use all available bandwidth, leaving nothing for the other apps.

The android app has a max bitrate setting that you can use, although it is one seeing that will affect both audio and video

so, it does not differentiate the audio-only an video streams? I have hi res flac files, does this mean that with 1080p bitrate setting i will get them almost lossless? Maybe it is wortwhile to make it more clear in interface?
