audio sync issues

I have been having quite a bit of trouble with 24FPS TV shows losing audio sync as the video progresses.  One example is listed below.  I have had to resort to playing them in Windows Media Player, which works just fine.  I am using Shark007 codecs on Windows 10 x64 and MadVR default settings.

Is it just me or are others having issues too?  Server log attached.

i7-6800, 32GB, Nvidia GTX770, ASUS Xonar D2X analog to power amps.  Used to work fine, seems to have become a problem in the past week or so.

So you're using analog audio?

Yes, since my first HTPC 12 years ago.

Now that I think about it, I may have had this problem before and it was associated with MadVR.  I'll try switching to EVR this evening and see if it doesn't go away.

Hey guys, I have noticed after the last update to 3.0.8400.0 that I am seeing a loss of audio sync in almost all videos regardless of the client.

I commonly use Kodi 16 on openelec or chrome on windows.

Not sure if it is related but thought I would put my 2 cents in...

I switched to EVR+ and the audio sync problem went away, so it seems to be related to using MadVR.  This is on the i7-6800K that runs Emby server as well as Emby Theater.  I tried the same video on the i7-5820K computer that direct plays over the network to a TV using HDMI (not bitstreaming) and it did not have the audio sync problem using MadVR.

I have an i5 6500 in my HTPC and I was having similar issues with MadVR. For me, it turned out to be some of the settings. When I changed them (see screenshots), everything played well. Try altering some of them.
