Cover Art treatment in Emby Theater

Hi,

I run MB Theater on my HTPC and watch on a TV. I use the legacy "folder view".

 

When I setup MB Theater and configure it to be viewed on a TV this is the treatment I see on the home screen (note the folder in the upper left):

 

If I configure MB Theater to be viewed on a Desktop (or Mobile/tablet) I get this treatment:

 

I really prefer the 2nd treatment, but selecting items in lists is not easy with a remote in Desktop mode (the green selection boxes are not always present on the TV screen).

 

So, my question is how do I reset the treatment and have TV mode use the images generated by the Desktop mode?

P.S. I've tried uninstalling Cover Art, changing the treatments in Cover Art, etc. It always reverts back to the same TV setting images which must be cached somewhere.
