proper certificate on non 443 port ubuntu?

I need help with installing a proper certificat.

I have tried a number off different ways  but every time the result is that the server can not be reached anymore.

 

I therefore ask for a guide on how to create and install a proper certificate in emby on ubuntu when the port is not 443, but 9443 ( my 443 port is already occupied)
