Window control buttons remain visible (Win10)

Hi,

 

I would like to use Emby Theater more often, but when I run it, the top-right window control buttons (on Windows10, maximised view) remain visible, even when playing a movie. First I had the problem that emby would always start in windowed mode; this was fixed after deleting the windowstate.json file. But now I have these controls that I cannot hide... see screenshot (taken from menu view, but looks the same during playback).
