mtjj 31
Loving Emby, happily paid for Emby Premiere and it's running fine on the server and via the web app, but I have a question regarding Emby Theatre. If I download a file, is there any way to download the subtitles as well? I use Emby for foreign language movies, and auto download of subtitles works really well. Unfortunately, if I want to then download a movie from the server onto a local device for watching while I'm travelling, I can't seem to get the subtitles as well.... This is using the (regular) windows program (the "desktop app" as windows now calls it). I tried the store app but it crashed on startup. Guest asrequested
If you're subs are external, you can mux them in easily, with mkvtoolnix.
mtjj 31
OK, appreciate Emby can't do everything (yet!) :-) I'm trying to avoid needing to use another tool or add another step, but I guess for now I just need to manually copy the subtitle files
