Hey and Welcome Krux!! I know we are certainly looking for LG and Samsung TV app development. Both of these are JS orientated. Furthermore Both have their own IDE's and come with emulators, so there is no requirement to own one of these sets to develop for them. I've had a look at the LG SDK and it's seems very friendly, if I knew what i was doing with js then i would certainly have had a go at it but alas, my knowledge is null and void.
