Agriculture news program guide/recording

We were able to identify 3 out of 4 agriculture/business/news programs that always say "repeat" so any series set up to record them never will even though they're new daily or weekly. I'm not entirely sure what makes that distinction but, here's the programs and their genre:

 

AgDay

Newsmagazine

 

This Week in AgriBusiness

Bus./financial / Agriculture

 

Agweek TV

Public affairs

 

As far as I know, these episodes are always new. They're like local news broadcasts...but specialized.

If you remove the option to record only NEW episodes when you set up the RECORD SERIES, that should allow you to record the daily episodes. I know the guide information may be incorrect, but at least it would record all instances of the program, whether they are marked as NEW or REPEAT.

Pretty sure the guide info doesn't change so it assumes every episode is the same episode; ergo, even with that option unselected, it only records once because it believes it has recorded them all. A manual timer has to be created every time it airs to force it to record it.

 

AgDay doesn't even have a season/episode/original air date on it. All it has is title, "repeat", age rating, date/time it is airing, the genre, and a generic description about the show (something about it starting in 1982).
