ShenLun 3
Hi All First of all thanks for a great program I was wanting one after plex went silly. I have just got the program running and I am finding that some shows won't play with sound and others will. Various file formats some mp4 some avi, all run fine outside of emby (but not want I am wanting obviously). I have installed the k-lite codex back and no help, the ffmpg file is set to the temporary one that is installed.C:\Users\XXXXXXXXXXXXX\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\ffmpeg\20160410\ffmpeg.exe Also I have the renaming set (I assume its for the files in my "tv" shows download not live folder?) as we don't have a working live tv aerial? The error I get is the following: Organize new media files failed.a minute ago Access to the path 'H:\System Volume Information' is denied. I can't find any system volume information file or folder at all. Forgive i have tried to look through the forums before posting, but can't find anything.Kind Regards Scott Serverlogs.txt
Luke 37259
Hi, welcome. I'm looking at the auto-organize error, thank you for the report. As far as the audio issue, can we look at a specific example? thanks.

Luke 37259
I can't reproduce that, sorry. I would need to see a server log from an example. Thanks.
ShenLun 3
HI Luke Again thanks for your continuing support. Would it help financially to buy the premiere version whilst you continue to investigate the problem? (Always my goal by the end of the year or so as it's an awesome program!)I have chosen again to rename the with suggested: %sn - %sx%0e - %en.%ext and get the same issue and I have reverted to how I'd like to be: %Sn.08.01.%Ext Does emby have an issue with the spaces? All my other shows are renamed in the above fashion and it would be a pain the butt to rename them all manually.Kind RegardsScott server-63611049600.txt
Luke 37259
Hi, I went to take another look at this but this log doesn't appear to contain your example above. If you can provide a new one that contains the example then i'll dig deeper. thanks.
ShenLun 3
Hi Luke, The travellers, H:\Travellers 2016\Season 01\ %Sn.01.01.%Ext.mkv instead of H:\Travellers 2016\Season 01\Travellers 2016 E01S01.mkvThis is indicative not matter is I use %sn - %sx%0e - %en.%ext or the %sn - %sx%0e - %en.%extAlso it always brings up theOrganize new media files failed. a minute ago Access to the path 'H:\System Volume Information' is denied.Kind Regards Scott Uploaded latest modifiied server log server-63612518400.txt
ShenLun 3
HI Luke I use nzb to download my shows with sabnzb, could this be interfering with it?I don't know a whole lot about it, but thought last night this may affect your program? If I should be using sabnzb is there another suggestions for downloading nzb?kind Regards Scott
Luke 37259
We're only dealing with the end result, which is the video file, so it shouldn't matter.
Luke 37259
You can resolve that access denied error by using a watch folder that is not at the root of your drive. So for example, H:\downloads instead of just H: In a future release we can look at being more resilient to that situation.
