LIVE TV programmes showing as REPEAT

I found that a lot of LIVE TV programmes are being marked as a REPEAT in the TV guide in the Web client.

 

Here is an example of the BBC News channel for tomorrow:

 

 

And Sky News:

 

 

I assume this is coming from the guide supplier, Schedules Direct in my case, but if a TV programme is LIVE, then it should be regarded as a LIVE BROADCAST.

 

I have disabled REPEAT in the guide options for the time being.
