moviefan 184
I tried to test out this plugin tonight and am clearly missing something but I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Apologize for my ineptitude as I've never really used Kodi before. I followed the guide @@xnappo put together showing how to install the Add-on without sideloading. I got as far as Kodi telling me that the Emby plugin was activated. But when I go to the videos section and click on Add-Ons it doesn't show anything there. Did I miss a step? What else do I need to do to get this working?
Solution Angelblue05 4130 Posted September 20, 2016 Solution Share Posted September 20, 2016 (edited) Hi there, you probably installed the Emby repository which contains the Kodi add-ons, which is the first step. Go to Kodi settings > add-ons > install from repository > Do you see Emby stable/beta repostiory? If so, access it > video add-on > install the Emby for Kodi add-on. moviefan 184
Thank you for this assistance. Looks like it's at least doing something now. Although it's pegged my CPU to 100% while it scans my library now so I am just going to go to sleep and see how it's doing in the morning.
