spon 24
Hello. Lifetime supporter here. I noticed starting this weekend that the media library scan is taking way too long. To the point that it never actually finishes. I scanned through the server log and there are a ton of errors - the log file is over 100 MB. I restarted the server scan so that a smaller log could be generated. The attached log is based on the scan stuck at 59%. Thanks server version 3.0.7200 Windows 10 server-63609886367.txt Edited September 19, 2016 by spon
Luke 37251
Your storage is reporting I/O device errors 2016-09-19 13:08:11.8168 Error ProviderManager: Error in metadata saver The device is not ready. System.IO.IOException This is something that could degrade the performance of the library scan.
