A few days ago I noticed that I no longer have any schedule data. I'm not sure when the problem started as my logs don't go back far enough. The original error was due to data missing from the response that we were expecting. Now that we've handled the error to prevent the Emby error, it brings to light the true problem, which is the data. Try to use the channel mapping feature on the live tv setup page. tscottsexton 1 Posted September 19, 2016 Author Share Posted September 19, 2016 OK, just in case anyone else is having this problem: I reset everything I could think of that involved the guide. I removed the HDHR and Schedules direct from Emby server, connected to my HDHR and removed all favorite/delete settings (made all of the stars next to channels grey), and rescanned for channels. I then went back into Emby server, added the HDHR, put in my info for schedules direct, and the guide finally downloaded just fine. You need to go back to the schedules direct setup page and select the listings you want. right now it looks like you haven't chosen anything. I see in subsequent log entries you filled out the listing you wanted. as a test, can you changing a mapping for a channel back and forth, then refresh the guide and see if that has any effect? thanks. No guide data at all and this mapping which does not have the channel names. Then I tried with a zip code closer in to the city and the guide downloads and displays fine. The mapping has the channel names. The zip code that works is 27608. The screen shot is of 27502. Since I've got a zip code that works, I'm good but you still might want to look into the problem as other zip codes may be affected.
