Not sure where to go - frustrated

I'm reaching my limit on patience with this app.

 

Every time there is an update - my password no longer works - no matter how many times i reset it (and there are multiple places to do this - it's not intuitive).

 

The roku app is broken - no longer shows my library.

 

Updates require 3rd party installs (microsoft.net namely).

 

Can you anyone help with:

 

1) If I see the server running on my PC - why do not I see my library on the ROKU?

2) If I try to login on the Roku it says my password is not correct

3) Is there a different password for Emby connect, my server, my username, etc.?

Also, the pin code?  what is this?  i see it on the Roku, go to login at emby.media/pin - says my password is not valid and asks if I need to register

Hi, welcome. Apologies about the pin code. There was an issue with that today which has since been resolved and it is now working.
