Channel HDHomerun Information

I have gone through and added channel logos and channel names to channels that are detected from my HDHomerun.  These are the channels that start at 5000 where they do not get any regular guide information.  My question is, occasionally, my hdhomerun locks up, and needs to be rebooted.  After it is rebooted, all the custom channel names and logos are gone, and I have to manually go back and add those in.  Is there an xml file, or something I can back up, where if they are lost again, I can stop the emby service, and copy those back in so I do not have to manually go back and add 80 channel names and logo's?
