bry 12
Would it be possible for emby to pull guide data from the HDHomeRun itself? https://github.com/Silicondust/documentation/wiki If you have a DVR license from silicondust.com/shop you get 3 days of guide data, if you use their free guide you get 4hrs. Just wondering if this is possible. PseudoTV Live for kodi is able to pull the guide data as well as images from the hdhomerun itself. Thanks for the thoughts and continued hard work. -bry
Luke 37112
I don't see anything in that wiki about making the guide data accessible via api.
CBers 6771
I don't see anything in that wiki about making the guide data accessible via api.You can get it direct from the device itself in json format, via the url: http://HDHomeRun_IP_Address/lineup.json Edited September 8, 2016 by CBers
Luke 37112
that's the channel lineup, not guide data, and until they publish an api for everyone to use, we're not going to reverse-engineer it.

puithove 208
I'm pretty certain that SiliconDust has said that their guide data is for use only within their own software products - so I think doing so would be a violation of their license. You'd want to check the license before doing anything like that. That would be why it's not available in their public API.
