Keksebacker 1
Would it be possible to choose the quality before the stream starts? When I want to watch live tv over mobile internet I have to start the stream, have to wait until the stream is starting, choose lower quality, abort the stream and restart the stream. After changing quality all my streams get stuck so I have to restart. If I can choose the quality before streaming I can save a little bit time and clicks. shorty1483 453
This would indeed be helpful for me in out of home situations. Since Emby does not recognize my device status outside from home when using VPN.
Luke 37099
You can already do this by setting a max streaming bitrate in playback settings.

For privacy freaks like me, not @@Keksebacker this is the setting Luke mentioned:
Luke 37099
That is a server setting that will limit all apps and there is also an in-app setting just for the android app.
