Direct Play Questions

Hello,

 

I just need information about my actual configuration.

 

I've strm files in my library with http link to 1fichier, I'm using emby for kodi to watch my movies. Everything works.

 

On the dashboard, it's write direct play when I watch something but I scan the network on the server and I see 4Mo/s upload during the movie (I'm using Glasswire to see the network consommation). And I see download from 1fichier too.

 

If I understood how direct play works, the server shouldn't upload the movie but only the path and after that my kodi client plays directly from 1fichier ?

 

The Emby for kodi setting "playback mode" is on Addon.
