Sorting based on episode number

If you look at this image you can see that the episodes are wrongly listed http://i.imgur.com/Y7odwKW.png

For no apparent reason, and this happens to many subfolders for me. There are no numbers in "edit file" and then "episode number" that field is empty but its also empty for those subfolders that work without any problems. 

The episodes are listed: Episode Nr - Episode pre info.

How can I solve this?

 

EDIT: Many videos also does not work playing, error pops up saying. 

Video Error 

There was an error playing the video.

In addition, 1 out of 5 videos does not work playing, since i got Emby, a couple of weeks ago.
