I get sound stuttering or even no sound at all (every 30-60 sec for 5-10 sec) on my Kinde HDX 7. I also tried it on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and no issue there. Is there a fix for this? P.S. I meant Amazon in the title not Android. P.P.S. You can also try lowering the in-app bitrate setting in case it might just be pushing the device too hard. The default is automatic. casminkey 15 Posted July 30, 2016 Share Posted July 30, 2016 I was having that same problem on a Kindle Fire HD 7 (not HDX). Also, Emby frequently closes. It's a brand new device and there seems to be something wrong with the battery as it keeps shutting off if it gets below 67% charged. So I just assumed it's a defective device and having a new one shipped out. Anyway, if you happen to find a solution, would you mind posting it here?
