gardar 16
Is there any way to limit the visibility of the camera upload folders to users? So that users only see their own camera uploads and not the camera uploads from every device? Currently it seems that the only way to hide the images from users is to disable user access to the "Camera Uploads" Library.
Luke 37251
Hi, currently there are no settings for this, but what you could do is enable the server option to create a photo sub-folder for each device. Then you could use normal parental restrictions to hide certain folders from certain users. For example, tags would be an effective way to hide a folder from a user. You can learn more on our wiki here: https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Wiki/wiki/Parental%20controls Let us know if you have any additional questions. Thanks. gardar 16
Is this something that's planned? It's pretty bad if users enable the upload and have some sensitive photos on their device, then the photos will be accessible to everyone on the server. I see that I could restrict this with tags, but it's a bit of a hassle since I have to specify what to block, and not what not to block.
