Transcoding on graphics cards

I run Emby on my HP Proliant G8 Microserver 12GB RAM and 2.3GHz Celeron G1610T (2MB cache, 35W TDP)

 

Now the CPU is not exactly gutsy when it comes to transcoding, infact it hits 100% when doing some transcoding.

 

I was thinking of getting a graphics card - EVGA GeForce G210 1GB DDR3 VGA DVI HDMI Passive Low Profile PCI-E Graphics Card

 

Now if I do this does emby use the graphics card to transcode on? Or am I just wasting my time and money.

Will the micro server let you add a non HP graphics card?   My gen8 is a dl380 and the fans go to 100% with the addition of any NON HP hardware.. Sure I could add a card, but then it will sound like a jet running 24-7.    I assume they don't have the same limitations on the home servers, but thought I would throw it out there, you might want to do some googleing first, unless you don't care how loud your server is.
