I since reset my phone and redownload the app. This time when i log into my emby connect account it gets stuck on 'getting the profiles' I have manually logged in, the server shows i have successfully logged in, but the app hangs up on 'Getting Profiles...' i have tired choosing server and still stuck on 'Getting Profiles...' I am at a loss. I can still access my media through the browser, but the thing is i bought this app for the simplicity it offers when browsing through my media and would like to continue to use it.
