betamax 0
I just installed the latest stable of Emby Server on Windows 10. I am using Roku 3s as my clients and I purchased the lifetime subscription. I noticed something odd. I click on the "Jump In link" on the first page of the Roku app to access a movie library. It loads up all the movies and I can horizontally scroll through and click to enter and play them all no problem. However as I navigate through all the movies, I do not get the little hover bubble that shows the Title and the plot. If I move down to one of the Letters to limit the results to the start of that letter, then the hover bubble works fine and shows up all the info for every movie I scroll through. Also if I choose a genre to filter the results to, the hover works. It only appears to not work on all the libraries when one enters them before limiting the results with a filter. Any suggestions on how I can fix this? It happens on all of my Roku 3 clients, as well as on both my Windows 10 htpc box and my Windows 10 test box. Thanks. Solution speechles 1920 Posted June 28, 2016 Solution Share Posted June 28, 2016 (edited) That is the popup "bubble" aka "info box". You may need to press * and choose "viewstyle" then make sure "Display Info Box" shows as yes. It may already show yes, this is the bug. You just need to click on it, then choose yes again. This should fix that bug once you choose a setting for it. You can work around that problem...You can also try this app: http://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/24151-theme-blue-neon-night/ The blueneon app already has that silly bug fixed, and has a few extra enhancements you may find useful. The first post in that link above should explain it all. This should solve the problem in the meantime. You can have both the official app and the blueneon app on your homescreen. Each app has its own settings in the roku. This way if one app acts weird, you can use the other and vice versa. If both act weird, it is usually something wrong with the server happening. betamax 0
Thanks speechles! Clicking on yes again fixed the issue! I will also check out your app. It looks really nice.
