FR: Ability to Rate Playback

I don't think this would be for everyone, but I'd donate more for this.

 

With my family members connecting, I always hear "The other day I was having an issue playing a movie....." or "It keeps freezing throughout the movie".  Yet I never know exactly when this happened, or what movie it was etc.

 

Have a feature than can be enabled by folks like me, that allow users to rate playback quality after the movie is over.  Hell, have it enabled/disabled for particular users.  After they rate it, the results get stored in a database.  I can then go back, look at the rating, see what movie was being played, and see what the issue was.
