I try to add a guest user  to my server but get error.
 
This user can logon at emby.media connect but then nothing I've send a mail with info to apps@.media but get no reaction so that's why I try it here 
 
This is the error I got: 

There was an error adding the Emby Connect account. Has your guest created an Emby account? They can sign up at https://emby.media/connect.

Please ensure your guest has completed activation by following the instructions in the email sent after creating the account. If they did not receive this email then please send an email to apps@[member="emby"].media, and include your email address as well as theirs.

What is the account you are trying to add?

 

Can they log into the forum with it?

The account is Droopyd43 and yes he said he can log in on forum.

Hope the correct log is in the package embysvr_logs.tgz

Try it again.  That user had never validated their account so they wouldn't have been able to log in here either.
