Sync Issues

Got a new tablet today (Lenovo Miix 300) running Win10 Pro.

 

Setup Emby from the App Store and all worked lovely.

 

Setup some sync jobs but all I get is this error in the logs.

I did try and change the location of the sync files but when it didn't work I reset it to default. Still no luck.
Any ideas?

After some testing it appears that if I set 1 TV Show at a time to sync and let it finish syncing before moving onto the next, it works.

 

If I set 2 TV Shows to sync and start the Emby client it fails.

 

I can only set the sync jobs from the Emby Client on the WIn10 tablet, setting it up via a browser from anywhere else fails to sync.

 

TBH I'm lost as to why this is, I've seen "user not authorised" messages and "connection forcibly closed" messages in the server logs but you can't really see the wood for the trees in there! :)

We're currently working on moving this app from being a Win8.1 to a full Win10 UWP app. It's not finished yet, but it's not far away.. It will solve a lot of the issues we currently have with win10.

Awesome news! Look forward to that.

 

When you say not far away, are you talking months or weeks?

 

Do you need any beta testers? I bet there's a lot on here who would test it inside out!
