treason 11
I have 3 or 4 family members with passwords to my server. I don't have the CPU or bandwidth to support streaming to all 4 users at once. Is there anyway to set a threshold so only X users can use transcoding services at a time? This way no one, including me, has a bad experience? Guest asrequested
Do you have your throttling enabled and path substitution, set up?
treason 11
I have path substitution setup for local intranet sharing, but I'm talking about transcoding via internet. Throttling sounds like it might help... but I'm not sure what it means. Isn't throttling related to FFMpeg? Am I misunsderstanding. I'm hoping to enable something that only allows 2 transcodes at a time, otherwise tell the user that the server is busy.
