mcpllabelle 8 Posted June 4, 2016 Author Share Posted June 4, 2016 Server: 3.0.5972.0 Trailers no longer playbefore the main feature like before. Deosn't play on mobile, web, samsung client or theater. I update the trailers plugin with no change. Scanned library numerous time, no change. Verified settings in "Playback" haven't changed. It happens all the time..check the server code against the previous versions in the lines that covers Trailer in Cinema mode. There must be an anomaly in there. Im a paid user...dont make this harder than it as to be. The Damsung client guys were able to find issues with less of a description than I already gave you. Good hunting. We know that this isn't a widespread problem based on our own testing as well as reports from other users, so that's why we asked for a little more information.
