After a fresh Install of my Windows 8.1 HomeServer I tried to install Emby Stable and it failed during install the .net resources with a non specific error. Ive done a quick search and found out, that there is a dependency between the .net installer within the emby package and a Windows 8.1 Update which needs to be installed first. (Sry, cant specify the correct one atm) Maybe this should be checked during the installer routine as users can get confused by this?! 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
