Question about Samsung Smart TV

Hi new to Emby here---I thought my ATT Uverse was having connectivity problems but come to find out each time i update my library on Emby Server it is causing a complete internet outage.  My smart tv is connected directly to the router and in order get connectivity back I would need to:

 

1) disconnect smart tv from router;

2) restart router and

3) reconnect smart tv to router and

4) restart emby

 

Anyone having the same problems or provide some advice why the library update is causing internet outage?  I have attached recent logs.  Thanks for any help.

Its the anonymous user statistics sent over udp. Are you using some kind of internet watchdog, like norton/avg/kaspersky/etc?

oh thanks speechless--yeah i have the norton on.  let me give that a try and disabling that.
