I have disabled sync on startup in kodi, but fast startup sync is enabled in the emby settings, do i need to enable startup sync in kodi to (im guessing yes since i no longer get the startup sync) im sorry if this is obvious im just trying to understand how it works Kronzo Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Solution Angelblue05 4130 Posted May 21, 2016 Solution Share Posted May 21, 2016 (edited) Enable Fast startup sync in the add-on settings > sync option. This will work with the emby-kodi server plugin. If it's disabled, then you just gotta wait longer at startup because it's doing a manual sync (comparing the Kodi content to the emby content and adjusting with the latest changes) - you should still being getting a start up sync with the setting disabled.
