mbksys 0 Posted May 7, 2016 Share Posted May 7, 2016 So when I set up Emby on my PC and then installed the Emby add-ons on my Kodi boxes it all worked fine, but now when I launch movies it plays for anywhere from 2 seconds to several minutes but then stops playing and I get booted back to the Emby menu. Any ideas what's going wrong? This is happening on all the kodi boxes, so I'm gathering that it has to do with the emby server on the PC? This also even happens on the Kodi software I have installed on that same server PC. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Angelblue05 4130 Posted May 8, 2016 Share Posted May 8, 2016 Are you direct playing your content in Kodi? If you are, it's a Kodi issue. If you are direct streaming or transcoding, then it's a server issue, but I would assume you'd see the same issue in other apps? It's hard to say, check our how to report a problem and post your Kodi log. Hopefully it will give us a clue.
