Diedrich 355 Posted April 30, 2016 Share Posted April 30, 2016 I ran across a very frustrating issue the other night in dealing with the user's PIN. I had two users who I had originally set a PIN. In the server admin Users section I could not reset the PIN to null because the option is missing. I had to login to each user and then go to their password section to access the PIN reset.
