Feature Request: Default audio delay

Hi,

 

it would be great if it was possible to set an default audio delay in the app settings for all videos.

 

I, for example, have to define a 200ms delay on my TV to get the videos in sync.

 

On Windows I did this in the ffmpg filters and on Android I'm using kodi because it can be set there.

 

Also, the option to define it while playing is not very satisfying when you have to set it for every single item you are playing.
