Been playing with the hdhomerun dvr software since getting my tuners but its a long way from being prime time ready so trying Emby, I have configured schedules direct and its working great apart from no data on Channel 5, anyone else getting this?

If so how can I get this channel to populate in the epg? and what might have caused it?

Cheers in advance

the name or number of the channel coming from your hdhr probably does not match the name or number in the schedules direct lineup

you can look at the hdhr channels by visiting

http://tuneripaddress/lineup.json

Then I think the schedules direct website has a way to preview a lineup so you can look at that too. Unfortunately we don't yet have a way for you to define a custom mapping though, so if it's just an issue of incorrect data you'll need to report it to schedules direct.

It could also just have been a random connection failure that will correct itself the next time the guide refreshes.

The schedules direct xml has the following "Channel 5" channels.

Channel 5 HD (id="I50717.json.schedulesdirect.org")

Channel 5 Plus 24 (id="I56888.json.schedulesdirect.org")

Channel 5 Plus 1 Hour (id="I77749.json.schedulesdirect.org")

For the next 14 days they all have

<programme start="20160626060000 +0000" stop="20160626140000 +0000" channel="I77749.json.schedulesdirect.org">

<episode-num system="dd_progid">SH012857740000</episode-num>
<previously-shown start="20010101"/>
</programme>

The issue with Channel 5 was resolved so if you're still having problems please open a ticket at the Schedules Direct website.
