NateC2k 0
I don't know if this should go under Server or Windows, but the issue I'm having is my users are telling me when watching my videos in browser the video freezes up or jitters...or sometimes just stops. I tried myself locally and I am also noticing the same issues using Firefox. My CPU and Memory should be fine and I am on a fios 150/150 line. If I use Chromecast the video works flawlessly. It's ONLY with web browsers.

Luke 37248
Unfortunately there's no obvious problem here. As a test, can you perhaps have them try a different browser such as Chrome, MS Edge, or Opera? Those all use more efficient streaming techniques. And/or you could also ask them to try customizing the in-app bitrate away from Auto and to a really low value, like 1Mbps just for testing to try and isolate where the issue is. Thanks.
