heksesang 10
Would it be possible to make the tv.emby.media and app.emby.media apps access servers through the local IP if the server isn't reachable from outside the local network and they are on the same local network? At the moment, due to NAT restrictions, I cannot even use the tv.emby.media interface because it seems to have to connect through the remote IP and not the local IP. swhitmore 781
I think your router would need to support NAT loopback.
CBers 6920
Couldn't you (temporarily) add them to your computer's hosts file?
heksesang 10
Couldn't you (temporarily) add them to your computer's hosts file? The problem is that when I go to tv.emby.media, I think it tries to use the internet IP of the server. And I cannot redirect an IP to another IP in the hosts file. And I know no way to use the tv.emby.media interface through local access (i.e. for app.emby.media I could just connect to 192.168.1.149:8096 and I get it, but can't do the same with the tv interface afaik?). Luke 38342
you can do local access with tv.emby.media. just connect to a server manually and enter the address.
