Missing Channel info

Hi there,

 

I noticed today that my guide has no entries for Channel 5.  All the other channels are working fine (using schedules direct) but this one is not.  

 

On NPVR I used to have to align the guide with the channels but this isn't an option on EMBY.  What can I do to get the guide on the channel back and working?

but schedules direct does have data for channel 5 so I am wondering if the chanell names are mis alligned?

It's something to do with Gracenote and their upstream services. 5+224 disappeared as well as MoviesForMen; but they are now back

This is an upstream bug with Gracenote which they are still trying to resolve. Once they do that, the lineups will get channel 5 back automatically and that should then propagate down to clients that are properly using the API.

Channel 5 epg data is now available on the 5HD channel normal channel 5 still blank but at least there is a workaround now.

Channel 5 is in the lineup as far as I can tell; I'm not sure what support Emby has for noticing that the lineup update date has changed.

Thanks for the update. It shouldn't require anything. he'll need to provide his server log during the guide refresh, then we can compare the schedules direct data to the channel info that comes out of the HDHR.

I'm going to take a look at the log you attached and see if I can reproduce locally to determine what's happening.

 

It's only this one stationID that has the issue?

Since the log doesn't include what it sent to the server I've increased the logging on your account so that I can see what's happening.
