Restore purchase on ipad?

Hi,

 

I keep running into the issue that Emby on my ipad lose it's purchase. Maybe everytime there is an upgrade of the emby SW or iOS update?

I'm now on ios 9.3.1 on ios with emby 1.1.4.

I'm connected to my own wlan.

 

When I try to play content I get this screen

 

I sign out and in again on the ipad. I never see the "restore purchase option".

 

I've tried to check all the settings but I can't find the place to restore the purchase.

 

Any suggestions are welcome.

Got it working.

I had in-app purchase turned off, enabled in-app purchase, closed emby, started emby app again and now I was able to restore the purchase.

Chris, after you restore the purchase, have you tried disabling the in-app purchases and the app store and playing something? When I do that and try to play anything on emby, I get the 1 minute playback screen again...

I forgot to clarify that after I disable the app store and the in-app purchases, playback stops working when I completely close emby (or restart the iPad) and try to play again.
