mellomade 140
Hi All, Not sure if this is a server issue or ATV issue - but when I have transcoding on the server set to use QuickSync I can start one stream on the ATV4 just fine. If I stop it ffmpeg closes on the server like it should. The trouble starts whenever I try a second stream. Regardless of the container I try (MKV, TS, etc) - transcoding will start but video playback on the ATV4 never starts. If I then stop it - the ATV4 appears to back out just fine but ffmpeg still runs on the server. Setting the transcoder to Auto works as it should. ebr 14963
Pretty much has to be a server/quicksync issue.
Vidmo 3
Came here to say that I'm seeing the same issue. ffmpeg still running after a transcoding session. QuickSync is enabled.
Tranquil 93
This issue exists since the introduction of the qsv acceleration. The ffmpeg process get not terminated so after seeking inside the stream you maybe have an amount of n-instances of ffmpeg running. I think it is a server issue.
