gardar 16
As most of us probably know syncing on the raspberry pi is painfully slow with big libraries. Are there any workarounds that we can do? I have multiple users on the raspberry and it's pain to log in to each user and wait for the initial sync to complete on all of the users. Can I copy the library data between users? Or will that mess up the watched state data? And on that note, I wonder if I can copy the library data from another machine. Either over ssh to the raspberry or by mounting the sd card on my laptop. gardar 16
Yeah I'm using that already, I'm just thinking about the initial sync.
xnappo 1593
For that, yes, you can copy the db.
gardar 16
What files would that be? What files are the media db and what files are for the watched state? Are these the ones I should duplicate (or even symlink to save disk space )? .kodi/userdata/profiles/user/Database/emby.db .kodi/userdata/profiles/user/Database/MyVideos99.db And maybe this one as well .kodi/userdata/profiles/user/Thumbnails Edited March 30, 2016 by gardar
