Ranger One 0
Running two machines both with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit, both with 16Gb of Ram. Server Version: 3.0.5105.17830 MBC Version: 3.0.100.0B12-4-1 MPC-HC Version: 1.6.7.7114 64 bit Computers run to 1080P monitors & Yamaha RXV667 1.4a HDMI to Mitsubishi 65" DLP TV. I have ripped Blu Ray Movies & Concerts converted into mkv files. When I try to play the files with MB3 Classic MPC-HC shows "opening file" takes a long time to see any part of the file (think of 28k dialup). I've tried using MB3 without external player also, no luck. Also tried VLC & PowerDVD 13. No luck either. I tested my network by using MPC-HC to open the files directly going thru Windows Explorer > Network > Server PC > shared folders & opened the blu ray .mkv files. Loaded quickly & played at full 1080P with Dolby TrueHD Master audio. I have also enabled port forwarding for 8096 & 8945 on my router for the server pc. I liked to get past this problem as I want to get this setup to work on every computer in the house. Thank's in advance for any help! server-63523606035.log ffmpeg-a02c10a4-86d6-473e-8a7e-a53eb859a2d3.txt MBClassic-261220134912b2d1377b4a33a6e0dc0751c4c1d7.log
ebr 14944
The server and ffmpeg should not be involved here at all as MBC will play the content directly. From the log, it looks like that is what is happening. 2013-12-26 10:52:50.5521,Info,,MPC-HC about to play Rush Snakes And Arrows Live(\\ASROCKHTPC\Blu Ray Concerts\Rush Snakes And Arrows Live\Rush Snakes And Arrows Live.mkv) ,44,Worker thread for Play Action 2013-12-26 10:52:50.6621,Info,,Starting command line C:\Program Files\MPC-HC\mpc-hc64.exe "\\ASROCKHTPC\Blu Ray Concerts\Rush Snakes And Arrows Live\Rush Snakes And Arrows Live.mkv" /play /close /fullscreen /start 0,44,Worker thread for Play Action So, I can't really explain the delay, unless it is the network itself... WWWestern 94
mpc-hc64.exe Therein lies the problem, I sure. Uninstall it and install 32 bit version. MPC-HC 64 bit version does not work with 32 bit codecs.
